I'll go first. I'm Alex Su and I'm a lawyer who transitioned to legal tech. I've been in the space for 7 years, and worked as a quota carrying sales rep for most of my time. In 2021, I joined Ironclad, a leading legal tech company in the contracts space. In addition to my day job, I make memes and video skits poking fun at the legal profession, and occasionally write for Above The Law. I have nearly 250,000 followers across various social media platforms, where my content receives 5M to 10M views per month. I'm looking to connect with other like-minded people who are part of the legal ecosystem.

Hello all! I’m MC, an IP litigator focusing on copyright, trademark, and false advertising. I’m also wrapping up a non-resident IP fellowship where I’ve been researching and writing about copyright and public art; my previous legal publications have focused on issues in copyright and journalism. I’m currently in Austin, but hoping to relocate back to DC, my home city, soon. I’m on Twitter as @biglawgothgf, where I comment on IP issues and the legal industry as a whole. I’m The Subscription Attorney. I’m disrupting the legal profession by offering predictable and transparent pricing for legal services. I'm also on a mission to get more attorneys to adopt the subscription model and abandon the billable hour. To that end, I host and produce the podcast Law Subscribed, where I interview innovative attorneys, like Kimberly Bennett and Jess Birken, and other legal disruptors, like Thomas Officer (AfterPattern) and Dorna Moini (Gavel). Hi, I’m Rita and I’m a paralegal. I’m not sure how I came across Alex’s posts (probably from Instagram). In my role, I work with a technology sales team who can be very demanding. Our legal team is very small, so sometimes I feel like a lone ranger battling the constant demands of a quick turnaround. A lot of Alex’s posts resonated with me and helped me feel validated. I share some of his memes and videos with my colleagues once in awhile and we all have a good laugh.
