Taking the show live and interacting with commenters in the third act could improve it. The live audience will signal to you what was interesting from the first ⅔ of the session allowing you to end strong too.
It could be a free livestream and widely distributed via Restream to many platforms, and/or you can make it a paid subscriber benefit to attend the recording on Zoom in webinar mode (https://zoom.us/webinar). You're less likely to get trolled in the latter and more likely to get higher-level live engagement.
